FORT MYERS, FL – How can real estate marketing plans respond and adapt to fast-changing market conditions? What resources are available to position properties for the next development cycle? Marketing expert Carlos Fernandez, CEO of ISOOSI Communications, will address these and other timely topics at the Real Estate Investment Society’s (REIS) February 10th luncheon meeting.
In response to real estate market dynamics, REIS has launched a new web site, www.reis-swfl.org, to provide Southwest Florida’s real estate investment and development professionals with a wide range of marketing intelligence and resources. Carlos Fernandez has guided the development of the web site and will provide a tour of the site, including tips for REIS members who use the site for networking, corporate marketing, and monitoring news of regulatory issues, industry events, and market trends. Following the presentation, Mr. Fernandez will respond to questions of specific interest to the real estate investment and development industry.
The meeting will begin promptly at 11:45 a.m. on Tuesday, February 10th in the Osprey Room at Pelican Preserve’s Clubhouse, on Treeline Avenue at Colonial Boulevard, one mile east of I-75 exit 136 in Fort Myers.
