“Where’s the Money?” seminar announced by Real Estate Investment Society
FORT MYERS, FL – Market intelligence and innovation come together in an educational program designed specifically to address capital resources for commercial real estate investment, development, and management in Southwest Florida. The seminar, “Where’s the Money?,” is presented by the Real Estate Investment Society (REIS) on September 22nd at Pelican Preserve Town Center in Fort Myers. Where is venture capital investing? What’s the latest on foreign investment activity? Is financing available to complete unfinished projects? What government funding is available and how do you get your hands on it? These and other timely questions will be addressed by national and local experts. The presenters will conduct a question and answer session at the end of each segment, to address specific issues confronted by the attendees. REIS President Hal Tate, notes that "These are unusual times for Southwest Florida and REIS is pleased to provide a forum with knowledge and ideas that will help its members and our community succeed in this dynamic environment. Attendees will learn to identify opportunities in the current marketplace and the methods to capitalize on them. The presenters are all leading experts in their respective fields, who are willing to share their expertise with property owners and professionals in the commercial real estate industry.” The half-day workshop will begin at 8 a.m. Wednesday, August 22nd, in the Magnolia Room at Pelican Preserve, on Colonial Boulevard one mile east of I-75 exit 136, in Fort Myers.
