Development patterns and trends in Southwest Florida will be explained by Dave Farmer, PE, AICP, CGC, at the Real Estate Investment Society’s (REIS) June 14th luncheon meeting. Dave Farmer will quantify development since 2019 for Lee and Collier separately, then look to the future and gauge what will be needed or developed by 2040. He will present maps to show where the development has occurred and useable vacant land to show where future development is likely. Following the presentations, Mr. Farmer will respond to questions of specific interest to the real estate and development industry. Dave Farmer is the principal in Metro Forecasting Models LLC, analyzing real estate investments and development projects. He is a seasoned real estate investor and developer, professional engineer, certified professional planner, licensed general contractor, and real estate broker.
