The latest trends in property values will be analyzed by Lee County Property Appraiser Ken Wilkinson at the October luncheon of the Real Estate Investment Society, sponsored by GFA International. REGISTRATION CLOSED.
Wilkinson is also expected to report on advances in information technology for online mapping and property reports – and how real estate professionals can access and use the information. Following the presentation, Ken Wilkinson will respond to specific questions from the attending real estate development and investment professionals. Kenneth M. Wilkinson, C.F.A., has served as Lee County Property Appraiser since 1980. Under his leadership, the office has achieved national prominence in advancing the use of technology and making property information available to the public. Wilkinson has also initiated state legislation to allow access to public records and to limit increases in property taxes. The meeting is sponsored by GFA International, and will begin promptly at 11:45 a.m. on Tuesday, October 8th in the Osprey Room at Pelican Preserve’s Clubhouse, on Treeline Avenue at Colonial Boulevard, one mile east of I-75 exit 136 in Fort Myers.
