Lee County Goals and Challenges in 2019 will be addressed by Brian Hamman, vice chair of the Lee County Board of County Commissioners. The luncheon is sponsored by Chapman Insurance. REGISTRATION IS CLOSED.
Commissioner Hammon’s presentation will focus on the County’s budget, coordination with municipal governments, infrastructure projects, and the County’s role in managing water resources. The Commissioner is also expected to discuss growth management, impact fees, and local legislative priorities in the upcoming Legislative Session. Following the presentation, Commissioner Hamman will respond to questions of specific interest to the real estate investment and development industry.
Commissioner Brian Hamman has been an active advocate for economic growth and development. He is also a Realtor, with experience as a journalist, financial advisor, and business development manager. He represents Lee County Commission District 4, which includes North Fort Myers, eastern Cape Coral, and the Fort Myers central business district.
The meeting is sponsored by Chapman Insurance and will begin promptly at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, February 12th in the Osprey Room at Pelican Preserve’s Clubhouse, on Treeline Avenue at Colonial Boulevard, one mile east of I-75 exit 136 in Fort Myers.
