Big changes to the Charlotte County skyline will be revealed by Matt Beelner, with Sunseeker Resorts. Sponsored by GFA International.
The economic impact of Sunseeker Resort, the largest hotel-condo development on Florida’s Gulf Coast, now being built in Port Charlotte, will be presented by company executive Matt Beelner at the October 9th meeting of the Real Estate Investment Society (REIS). Sunseeker Resort is the most prominent of the new developments emerging in Charlotte County, ranging from Babcock Ranch in southern Charlotte County to Murdock Village.
Sunseeker Resort will include a resort hotel, nine condo towers, restaurants, bars, shops, and marina on 22 acres. It is under construction and scheduled to open in early 2020. Matt Beelner is Vice President of Sales and Resort Development for Sunseeker Resorts. Sunseeker Resorts is the development affiliate of Allegiant Travel Company, which operates Allegiant Air. Both firms are headquartered in Nevada. After his presentation, Mr. Beelner will respond to questions from the attending real estate development and investment professionals.
The meeting is sponsored by GFA International, and will begin promptly at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 4th in the Osprey Room at Pelican Preserve’s Clubhouse, on Treeline Avenue at Colonial Boulevard, one mile east of I-75 exit 136 in Fort Myers.
