The economic impact of Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor, the largest hotel-condo development on Florida’s Gulf Coast, now being built in Port Charlotte, will be presented by company executive Matt Beelner at the October 9th meeting of the Real Estate Investment Society (REIS). Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor is the most prominent of the new developments emerging in Charlotte County, ranging from Babcock Ranch in southern Charlotte County to Murdock Village.
Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor will include a resort hotel, condo towers, restaurants, bars, shops, and marina on 22 waterfront acres. It is under construction and scheduled to open in the fall of 2020. Matt Beelner is Vice President of Sales and Resort Development for Sunseeker Resorts. Sunseeker Resorts is the development affiliate of Allegiant Travel Company, which operates Allegiant Air. Both firms are headquartered in Nevada. After his presentation, Mr. Beelner will respond to questions from the attending real estate development and investment professionals.
