A discussion on the regulatory and pending financial incentives using the Mixed Use Overlay and North Fort Myers Pilot Program will be explained by Lee County Commissioner Brian Hamman, at the December 12th luncheon meeting of the Real Estate Investment Society (REIS). The programs are designed to revitalize and stimulate economic development in targeted areas. Following the presentation, Commissioner Hamman and county staff will be available to respond to specific questions from the attending real estate development and investment professionals.
Brian Hamman serves on the Lee County Board of County Commissioners, representing Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and North Fort Myers. Mr. Hamman is a licensed REALTOR and former financial advisor and market development manager.
The meeting is sponsored by IWG Advisors and will begin promptly at 11:45 a.m. on Tuesday, December 12th in the Osprey Room at Pelican Preserve’s Clubhouse, on Treeline Avenue at Colonial Boulevard, one mile east of I-75 exit 136 in Fort Myers. Admission is $30.00 for members and $40.00 for guests, which includes lunch. Reservations are required by December 7th. REGISTRATION IS CLOSED.
