Southwest Florida's state legislators will review recently passed legislation and budget with regards to the business and real estate community. Moderated by former state representative Matt Caldwell. Sponsored by Pavese Law Firm.
Senator Jonathan Martin and Representatives Spencer Roach, Adam Botana, and Tiffany Esposito will discuss recent legislative action and budget allocations that will have far-reaching impacts on our local economy. The discussion will be moderated by former state representative Matt Caldwell. Following the presentations, the legislators will respond to questions of specific interest to the real estate and development industry. Jonathan Martin was elected to the Florida Senate in 2022 and serves on the Appropriations Committee and Special Resiliency Committee and formerly served as Assistant State Attorney. Representative Spencer Roach was elected in 2018 to serve District 76 and is Chair of the Constitutional Rights, Rule of Law, and Government Operations Subcommittee. He also serves on the Ways and Means Committee and the Select Committee on Hurricane Resiliency and Recovery. Representative Adam Botana was elected in 2020 to represent District 80 and is Vice Chair of the Select Committee on Hurricane Resiliency and Recovery and is also on the Infrastructure Strategies Committee. Representative Tiffany Esposito was elected in 2022 to represent District 77 and also serves on the Select Committee on Hurricane Resiliency and Recovery, as well as the Infrastructure and Tourism Appropriations Subcommittee. Moderator Matt Caldwell was a member of the Florida House of Representatives from 2010 to 2018 and elected Lee County Property Appraiser in 2020.
