Kristine Smale, senior vice president with Zonda, is the guest speaker.
Ms. Smale will explain recent shifts in market forces, offer insight on buyer preferences and provide an outlook for Florida’s housing industry. Following her presentation, Ms. Smale will respond to questions of specific interest to the real estate investment and development industry.

The meeting is sponsored by LSI Companies, and will begin promptly at 11:45 a.m. on Tuesday, April 13th in the Osprey Room at Pelican Preserve’s Clubhouse, on Treeline Avenue at Colonial Boulevard, one mile east of I-75 exit 136 in Fort Myers.
