Real Estate Investment Society Announces New Officers and Board Members
The Real Estate Investment Society (REIS) announces the election of officers and the Board of Governors to lead the organization during 2014: President Sean M. Ellis, Esq., of ROETZEL, LPA.; Vice President Matt Simmons, of Maxwell, Hendry & Simmons, LLC: Treasurer Amanda L. Brock, Esq., of Henderson Franklin Starnes & Holt, PA; and Secretary Karen Miller, of Conestoga-Rovers & Associates, Inc. The Board of Governors includes: Alexis Crespo, of Waldrop Engineering; Randy Krise, CCIM, of Krise Commercial Group, LLC; Bev Larson, of Lahaina Realty; Charles Mann, Esq., of Pavese Law Firm; Mark Morris, of VIP Realty - Commercial; John Nicola, of Grandbridge Real Estate Capital; and Nikole Wesley, of Chris-Tel Construction. The immediate past president, Steve Hurley, of David Douglas Associates, Inc., remains on the Board. The Real Estate Investment Society is an independent organization, dedicated to assisting members in the effective utilization of real estate through networking, education, public service, and a common voice on pertinent issues. The membership represents a broad spectrum of real estate, environmental, financial, legal, design, construction, marketing and management companies. REIS luncheon meetings convene at 11:30 on the second Tuesday of each month, at Pelican Preserve in Fort Myers, to network and discuss current civic and business issues affecting the commercial real estate and development industry.
