The December luncheon will feature a report on the Fort Myers water system and implications for real estate development. Guest speakers are Nicole Monahan and Richard Moulton of the City of Fort Myers. Sponsored by Henderson Franklin, Attorneys at Law.
How will Fort Myers provide the water needed to sustain growth and development? City of Fort Myers Public Utilities Director Richard Moulton and City Engineer Nicole Monahan will provide insight and answers at the Real Estate Investment Society’s (REIS) December 13th luncheon meeting in Fort Myers. Rapid growth in the City of Fort Myers created water supply issues early this year, disrupting permitting and development plans, which has driven an ambitious capital improvement effort to expand utility infrastructure. Following their report, Mr. Moulton and Ms. Monahan will respond to questions of specific interest to the Southwest Florida real estate investment and development industry. Richard Moulton has a degree in finance and business administration, as well aschemistry, and has been with the City for 16 years. Nicole Monahan has extensive project management and engineering experience with government and the private sector in Southwest Florida. The will begin promptly at 11:45 a.m. on Tuesday, December 13th in the Osprey Room at Pelican Preserve’s Clubhouse, on Treeline Avenue at Colonial Boulevard, one mile east of I-75 exit 136 in Fort Myers. Admission is $30.00 for members and $45.00 for guests, which includes lunch. Reservations are required by December 8th.
