Changing growth patterns and infrastructure needs in Collier County will be discussed by Claudine Auclair, Business Center Manager for Collier County Growth Management Department. Sponsored by US Trust. Registration is closed.
As Southwest Florida continues to grow, local governments are busy studying development patterns and planning transportation and utility improvements. Plans for infrastructure to support future growth will be explained by Claudine Auclair, Business Center Manager for Collier County’s Growth Management Department, at the Real Estate Investment Society’s (REIS) September 8th luncheon meeting. A number of large scale communities are proposed for eastern Collier County, shifting the focus of government services further inland. Claudine Auclair recently announced that the Immokalee permitting office will be open five days a week to serve increasing construction in Immokalee and Ave Maria, and contractors from Lehigh Acres and South Lee County. Efforts to improve road and trail connections between Lee and Collier Counties are also receiving attention. The meeting is sponsored by U.S. Trust and will begin promptly at 11:45 a.m. on Tuesday, September 8th in the Osprey Room at Pelican Preserve’s Clubhouse, on Treeline Avenue at Colonial Boulevard, one mile east of I-75 exit 136 in Fort Myers. Admission is $30.00 for members and $40.00 for guests, which includes lunch. Reservations are required by September 2nd.
REGISTRATION IS CLOSED.
