Six Bends is a 16.5 development, including one of the nation’s largest Harley-Davidson stores, riding academy, café, and 2.5 acre outdoor entertainment center for concerts and community events. The project is in the I-75 and Daniels Parkway interchange area. Six Bends is one of the most significant commercial real estate developments in the past few years and is viewed as a catalyst for further economic growth in that part of the county. Following the presentation, Scott Fischer will respond to specific questions from the attending real estate development and investment professionals.Scott Fischer is the founder and CEO of Scott Fischer Enterprises, which owns Harley-Davidson motorcycle dealerships in Southwest Florida, North Carolina, Alabama, and New Mexico. Fischer is also the driving force in a variety of non-profit organizations that help the less fortunate members of the community. In addition, he organizes the annual Paul Sands Memorial Slaw Dog Invitational golf tournament, which is a major financial contributor to the Paul Sands Memorial – REIS Scholarship Fund at Florida Gulf Coast University.
